Temporary Staffing Agencies
Any request for temporary staffing services must be submitted to the Employment Service Center, which will serve as the central coordinator for the temporary agency process. ESC will partner with the approved University agencies to identify a temporary employee that will meet your needs. Visit http://www.wayne.edu/hr/esc/recruiting/staffing-agency.php to see how to go about arranging for a temp through any of the approved staffing agencies.
Once a temporary employee has been identified, to process a requisition to cover the cost, prepare a WayneBuy Requisition stating the agency to be used, the type of service required, the hourly rate, and the anticipated time frame this service will be required. Procurement will prepare a Contract Purchase Order and issue it to the agency. In the event the time frame must be extended, please complete a WayneBuy Change Order Request (COR) Requisition, which will automatically route to Procurement upon approval at the Departmental level. Simply note the necessary changes to the terms of service.
