Job aids can be found here and will be easily accessible within the WayneBuy marketplace.

WayneBuy went live on June 25th, 2012.  If you haven't already registered for a training or seminar opportunity we recommend that you do.  While training isn't required for system access, any of the sessions will give you a peek at what to expect...and hopefully answer any questions you might have.

Login to your campus pipeline and find the below banner for all WSU training opportunities....

You should be able to access the WayneBuy test environment using you current Pipeline login and password.  Click here to play around and get comfortable with the navigation.  Your profile should allow you interact with the catalog vendors, the showcased services (including the new COR form, the new SPA form, the new Blanket Order form, and the new DLAR Order Form), and other new navigation features.

There will be a transition period where old Banner POs will still require maintenance (invoicing, receivers, etc.), but we recommend you and your departments agressively evaluate open purchase orders that might qualify for liquidation in favor of a WayneBuy purchase order.  Our fiscal year-end preparations and communications will also stress the importance of liquidating unnessary encumbrances to expedite your transition away from Banner POs and into a single WayneBuy environment.  FPAREQN will be closed simultaneous to the WayneBuy launch to ensure all NEW requisitions (catalog or non-catalog) are captured in the new WayneBuy marketplace.  We will also close down FPACHAR in favor of WayneBuy COR requests.  The new COR form should accommodate both old Banner PO amendments and new WayneBuy PO amendments.
